The Neutrino Scope Group, which operated from 2023 to 2025, was a critical review and advisory committee that reported to both the Fermilab director and the Resources Review Board. Working closely with the Long Baseline Neutrino Committee and the Resources Review Board, the NSG was a key part of the oversight team for the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment.
The group used its expertise to support DUNE’s scientific objectives and provided guidance to help ensure responsible allocation and management of project resources, making it a central component of DUNE’s governance framework.
